Matcha White Chocolate Pound Cake
Ingredients (a pan size : 3 x 8.5 x 4 inch (7.5×22×9.5cm))
4 teaspoon(8g) Matcha
1 1/2 sticks (150g, room temperate) Unsalted Butter
3/4cups (150g) Granulated sugar
1 1/2cups (143g) Cake flour
3 large eggs (150g, room temperate)
White chocolate
Steps
①Cream the butter in a large bowl and beat it until it is light, fluffy, and creamy.
②Add the sugar and mix until pale and fluffy
③Pour the beaten eggs little by littele and mix well (don't pour all the egg in at once)
④Add the matcha and flour and mix well (using a fine strainer or sifter)
⑤Pour the batter into the pan and add white chocolate.
⑥Put the pan in the oven 340 ºF (170 ºC) for 40 to 50 minutes.
until a wooden skewer inserted comes out clean.
⑦Remove from the oven and it cool. Enjoy!
Tips
Whisk together the matcha and flour set aside.
Preheat the oven to 340 ºF (170 ºC).
Grease the pan with butter and dust lightly with flour to coat.
(or place parchment paper inside the pan)
