Matcha Milk Jam
It’s so easy. All you need are Matcha powder, granulated sugar, and milk.
And you need a large pyrex or microwave safe mixing bowl. This would be perfect served on warm bread and pancakes.
2/3 cup Milk
5 1/3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Nodoka Matcha
①Place granulated sugar and matcha powder in a bowl
②Add milk little by little, and whisk until the mixture is completely even
③Transfer to a large microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave (500W) for 12-13 minutes
④Stir well until dissolved
⑤Remove from the heat, and let stand to cool
