Genmaicha and Yuzu Sparkling Juice

Ingredients

1 packet Genmaicha (2g)

30ml (1oz) Simple Syrup

160ml (5.4oz) Yuzu Sparkling Juice

Mint

Steps

①Pour yuzu sparkling juice and mint into a glass and mix with ice

②Whisk Genmaicha with simple syrup until no lumps remain

③Slowly pour into a glass. Enjoy!
