Brown Sugar Almonds with Matcha
Ingredients
100g Roasted nuts
45g Brown Sugar
2teaspoon Water
3~5g (1teaspoon) Matcha powder
Steps
①Combine the water and brown sugar in a pan over medium heat.
②Stir well until dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and add the almonds and quickly stir to coat them in the brown sugar.
③Spread the almonds onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Sift the matcha.
④Remove from the heat, and let stand to cool about 15 minutes.
